Beeebs :
I reverted at 15 with this mindset, I broke every generational curse in my family. Every person in my family is an addict, even my own brother, and I’m not. There’s only one thing that really prevented me from that path, and it was my faith. That’s the only thing that sets me and my brother apart. I got married, I raised sweet, kind children. I can say at 35 that I’ve never stolen, I’ve never cheated, and never hurt anyone on purpose. Islam has only benefited me, I’ve lost nothing because I accepted it. I’ve known bounty, I’ve experienced blessings after pain. Imagine your only fear is disappointing yourself and your lord- the power in that? It’s unreal. I don’t fear death, I don’t fear poverty, I don’t fear people. Some people walk the earth feeling like no good deed goes unpunished, and I can’t relate. I’ve been so blessed, and because of that I’m able to be kind and generous and open minded and loving. The weight of life is less heavy. Your God wants you to win, he’s uncovered your eyes because he believes in you. Read it again. Your lord believes in you. So much so he’s given you a path, answers, strength, and comfort. You can’t lose.
