you will need a binder with this bc you’ll have the worstt sugar cravings if you just do the cloves themselves so a little activated charcoal or even spirulina would be good and also aids in smelling naturally good

my bolivian mum simmers 3 cloves only as too much is bad for u and a cinnamon stick. The water will turn pinky brown. Good anti inflammatory drink when ur on ur period or after a meal as cinnamon helps balance sugar levels x
