@redeemedera: This verse really opened my eyes the first time I read it. It’s become so normalized in the West to take on mountains of debt with no intentions on paying it back. I’ve even heard a lady said that she wasn’t paying her student loans because she was waiting on the government to forgive them for her in the upcoming election (this was a few years ago) 🤦🏽‍♀️ there’s so much more I want to say on this, but I hope this verse opens up your eyes about your financial responsibilities. It’s one thing to have fallen on hard times.. but when you decide to make ZERO effort to pay on your debts and look for loopholes to get around paying it back.. that’s a character flaw that needs to be addressed. #JesusisLord #biblestudy #debt
