They greated us by name with a Happy Anniversary Dinner at Le Yaca French Restaurant was nothing short of extraordinary. This wasn’t just a meal—it was a true French culinary experience, thoughtfully curated and flawlessly executed. Our five-course dinner began with tuna tartare and escargot, and right away we knew we were in for something special. Perfectly balanced, fresh, and classic in the best possible way. Even Erick loved the dishes! Shockinly didnt pick anything off 😆 Course two brought a fresh salad and quite honestly the best French onion soup I’ve ever eaten in my life—rich, deeply flavored, and absolutely unforgettable. A light sorbet palate cleanser followed, refreshing and elegant, preparing us for the main event. Course four was pure perfection: a beautifully cooked filet paired with a lobster tail that was tender, buttery, and indulgent without being overwhelming. Who knew grapefruit with lobster was specracular? And then dessert—pear bread pudding and crème brûlée—the perfect ending to a spectacular evening. Every bite amazing. Top it off with dishes came adorned with dark chocolate Happy Anniversary embellishment 🩷 The experience was elevated even further with French red wine and champagne, attentive service, and an atmosphere that feels timeless, warm, and refined. If you’re looking for a place that honors tradition, values craftsmanship, and delivers excellence at every turn—this is it. Le Yaca sets the standard for fine dining.
