Belt is probably squealing because it’s got wet from washing it. Likely needs tightened from the tensioner. Easy fix man

There's a 1995 Diablo kit car here in Oklahoma, has a fuel injected small block chevy, setting on a ferio chassis. 30k but it looks super clean. Red with light tan interior

you need to polish it with a polishing pad on an orbital polisher. that wool pad will leave the pain fresher but with haze still in it the polishing pad will remove fine marks left by the wool pad.
