I’m 46 and I’d love to be able to play with my niece and nephews like I want to. I will unconsciously pull away quickly from a light touch as it hurts so bad. My 11yr old niece always says how sorry she is and she will be more gentle. It breaks my heart and I always tell her it’s OK and I’d rather she treats me normal and is not afraid to touch me.

Interrupt sleep I wish! I’m lucky if I get 3 hours without waking up in pain crying then trying so hard to not be in pain and rest!

I got big win!! my medicine got changed and now it's up to dose and amount i need!! and i have been able to stop ibuprofen which has destroyed my digestive system. wish Dr's would talk about high ibuprofen use and how it causes bloating constipation etc

I dream of that day because cci c1 neck stops me laying sleeping. And as soon as I stand i have a csf leak discharge snot, which makes Asthma attacks very fast, and then very difficult to lay Without all draining, on to my lungs
