@yourgotomumcoach: Sometimes becoming the mum you are meant to becomes through the hardest seasons. The sleepless nights. The tears you cry quietly so no one worries. The moments you wonder why this feels so much harder than you expected. These seasons are hard. They mean you’re learning, stretching, and becoming. You don’t come out of the hard the same — you come out more aware, more compassionate, more present. you’re in one of those seasons right now, here are a few things that actually help — not the “just enjoy it” advice 🙄 1️⃣ Lower the bar (on purpose) Survival days still count. Rest, connection, and safety are enough. 2️⃣ Talk to yourself like you would your child. Notice the harsh thoughts and gently reframe them. You don’t need fixing — you need kindness. 3️⃣ Pause before you react. Sigh!⁹ One slow breath can change how you respond to your child (and yourself). 4️⃣ Ask for support earlier, not later. Support is a part of coping well/ self-care. 5️⃣ Remember: this season is shaping you, not defining you Hard doesn’t mean forever.
