This only works if you allow their return to your property💯If you deny them that anything they take or destroy becomes a criminal offense. It's up to the contractor to take you to court.A smart homeowner would just press charges and sue the company for destruction of private property

legally we can. I removed 5K worth of hvac equipment I installed after the homeowners refused to pay the plumbers, electricians, dry wallers... I recognized the end result and went pro active.
