My Turkish mum used to fill mini yorkies with bezelye (pea, carrot and lamb stew). I didn’t realise it was a bit odd until I was older. Tasted good though 😅

when cooking it you don't need to swap the sausages in to another dish. I cook the sausages partially and then just add the Yorkshire mix on top half way through x
