I used to work electronics at Walmart. Somebody didn't do their job right. When doing returns, they're supposed to pull the tv out of the box, match the serial number from the back of the tv to the receipt to make sure it's right and that it's the same tv. They obviously didn't and just threw it back out for sale. But I blame Walmart for not having enough workers anymore because they probably don't have time to fully check it like they used to years ago.
