i like JJK. it’s a different take on the shōnen genre. it mirrors the imbalance of real life and systemic failures really well. i just wish gege had given some arcs and chapters more room to breathe, haha. his story nails realistic consequences within systems but humans still need space to breathe in between struggles. i think that lack of emotional breathing room is where a lot of the ‘bad writing’ accusations come from. 😅
