@adefikayo: Thank you for the Kind comments, here is the breakdown of the setup for last video. 1. I utilized natural light loop; sat in front of a window when it was bright outside. ( anytime from 11 am till 2:30ish works fine for me) 2. I used aluminium foil as a reflector. 3. I used the @nanliteusa Pavotube II 6C, set to Hue loop as the background light. Attached it to a tripod behind me. 4. filmed in cinematic mode on an IPhone 14 Pro with the selfie camera HD,24fps (use this most times for my sit down talking head videos because it allows me see myself and my positioning but yesterday it was in 4k) didn’t have the strength to set up to use my back camera.
