Cut the potatoes into cubes and boil them in water for 7–8 minutes until just tender. 2. Drain the water and let the potatoes cool for 5 minutes. 3. Transfer the boiled potatoes into a bowl and mash them well. 4. Add cornstarch, salt, black pepper, paprika, and finely chopped coriander. 5. Mix everything well until a smooth mixture forms. 6. Transfer the mixture into a piping bag. 7. Rest the piping bag for 30 mins. 8. After resting, pipe the mixture and shape it with a knife. 9.
