Why are there so many mini splits in each room? Is there no central AC …..in Florida?!

I loved it until I saw cheap floors that totally killed the vibe

Mixing the modern with the old Spanish isn’t a decision I would have made. Aside from that, a home that size in St. Pete for $500k? Did it flood?

lost me with the master bedroom renovation. You can absolutely do a modern Spanish revival reno without killing the homes personality

I look at this house 2 years ago and it's still on the market? Too much upkeep for such old house and a lot needs to be redone also price was in 300 back then

love the architecture but 500k with no pool and such a small kitchen is wild.

God the modern updates destroyed the interior appeal of the property an even on their own they’re eyesores. So sad.

That laundry room in the kitchen would’ve been a beautiful walk-in pantry

Honestly , I think it’s overpriced. I would not consider that box to be a closet in the master. Also, it does not look like there is plenty of room for a pool maybe a hot tub but definitely not a pool.

This is a gorgeous house, but I can’t stand mini splits. 😒 Great price minus mini splits!

You do not need a closet for it to be a bedroom.
