Apple Marshmallow (my version) 🍎✨
• Apples (peeled & chopped) — 950 g
• Gelatin (no blooming needed) — 28 g
• Water (for cooking apples) — 100 ml
• Sugar or honey — to taste (optional, if apples are sour)
Cook the apples with water until very soft.
Blend into a smooth puree.
Add gelatin directly to the warm puree and whip until light, fluffy, and airy.
Transfer to a dish and refrigerate for at least 1 hour until set.
🤍 Simple, airy, and delicious.
