Just go pick up a sander and sand that area and feather it in and poly your floors don’t call those floor guys be the floor guy

I don’t think this cleans or restores colors, I think it just adds the shine back in dull areas.

you got the mop upside down but I don't think it matters there is a color on the floor that has been removed by your chair so you would need to sand everything.and then finish it properly

After 3 hours and a reapply it still didn't work. Looks like a call a floor guy. Product didn't work as advertised

I think that spot needed to be sanded down along with the rest of the floor to make it even. Maybe professionally.

By the way I upgraded the wheels on the chair, and ended up sanding the shiznit out of the floor and refinished it. It is 89.67% better. I can still see a minute ring. But I suspect if no one knew it was there previously they would not notice
