Hey @SharkNinja you guys have now sent me two damaged ninja crispi pros. Now you want to have me repackage (which is not easy to do) and bring the damaged one to a fed ex AGAIN. No reassurance that the new one will even be inspected by quality control. Is this how you treat your customers? This is a premium brand and i expected WAY more. So disappointed
