The first time i tried my loop jump, landed it, everything was fine, then next practice… nothing, can’t even jump anymore😔 i have been skating for little over a year now and i jst can’t get over my mental block🥲

After the injury, jumping the toe loop became a bit more difficult but since it wasn’t much of a problem in training, they didn’t consider removing it from the program
