Ok. So this is probably why I think I do better sautéing veggies on my stovetop. I spray the veggies with olive oil first ( I don’t coat them too much, just a couple of sprays).

This is my favorite! I use EVOO and spray the parchment then spray the veggies in pan and season. Saves me washing the extra bowl. Dark pan I do 400 for half hour. I live off this stuff! 😋
