My finnish lapphund LOVES people. A few weeks ago when a guy came to look at my wifi that wasn't working, she waited until he was done and then showed him her favourite toy and then they played for a while before he had to go 😂

I had never heard of this breed before today and now I’m obsessed! They remind me of larger, sturdier Pomeranians (my fave breed). I’ve had 2 Pomeranians over the years & dream of my wife & I getting another one in the next few years, but now I think I’d be just as happy with one of these cuties!!

My father was stuck all day inside with the flu in a small cabin in North Lapland with a Flap. The dog was left there by the sami reindeer owner and he didn't let my dad leave his bed all day. He growled as soon as he moved 😂

The breed is friendly to strangers when their own human is present. The Lapphund's canine sociability varies. Some like a little bit of everyone, while others don't like them at all.

I wanna get one when I'm older, but does anyone know if Utah is okay for them? Since its more warm than cold here and idk if that's a issue [embarrassed] I know it's about d ifficult to get them in the States but If I ever do get one I wanna make sure the place I live in is okay for them
