great idea having the grooming stall and wash bay next each other. Here's what I'm thinking you try. Have one washing in the middle with two grooming stalls on the sides 💞💞💞🤔🤔🤔

Yes! Always clutch when you can tie them eZ to dry after a hose. Throw a fan up too for the hot days as you’re tacking up.

100% yes! Most barns lack designated grooming areas. Often it feels like an afterthought and your constantly either being rushed while trying to spend time with your horse or tying them up in random parts of the hall which is a safety hazard in my opinion... Wish I lived closer to your barn, it’s so lovely & well thought through!
