yeah, that happened this winter. even previous winter it was a rare thing to meet a tent. this winter they are everywhere. I guess someone tried first and then everyone understood that was better than sleep on Gran Via. And there are plenty of shelters in Madrid, even in really good districts, it's just you cant drink there, or use substances or anything, so they don't wanna go there. Sad. It feels like Berlin now, feels dangerous to cross parks.Really sad.
