That one comment annoyed me. “Where is he working that a kid can work there” so many people that I know started working at 14 and 15 years old especially at restaurants. I started working at 15 but it wasn’t at a restaurant, just a regular store.

The communication could’ve been better. It doesn’t matter if there wasnt any ill intent in the dynamic. But if the parents got the wrong idea, it could do a lot of damage for the husband. No one was wrong, just operating with limited knowledge.

Why do some people think that adults can’t talk in a friendly manner to teenagers? If there’s no inappropriate thoughts, words, or actions, I don’t see an issue. Teenagers are people too. We shouldn’t isolate them just because they’re young.
