@bodycam.usa17: On April 25, 2024, officers with Monroe County Sheriff’s Office were on scene for a petit theft when they were flagged down by pedestrians. The pedestrians advised the officers that a vehicle was driving erratically, and the driver was seen dumping tools out of the truck bed. Officers stopped the vehicle and made contact with the driver, later identified as a 27-year-old named Alexis. #bodycam In the end, Alexis was charged with resisting an officer without violence, battery on an officer, and driving under the influence. Her case remains ongoing and she has a pretrial conference scheduled for February 5, 2025.
