I don’t use fresh for nutrition both are- but for taste frozen just makes it all taste mushy and just like water- grew up on frozen nothing wrong with it but fresh once you start you never go back 😂

I've got childhood trauma from always having frozen mixed veg so I only use fresh. unless it's single like peas or corn. sometimes spinach for dips etc. all else fresh
