I put strips of masking tape on the big plastic organizer to keep closed and just pull it off day by day.

I use the cheap Dollar Tree one and when I travel I put a rubber band around it and that works really well

I use mini zip locks from the craft store, leaves more room in the luggage after you take the pills.
