When I first got Hades (after finding him stuck in an abandoned drainage system) I took him to the vet then brought him home. I learned if I lightly wet my fingers with water before I pet him it helped him to warm up to me. He has since passed away but whenever I pet a cat I still lightly wet my fingers, give that a try with Serra. 🥺

She’s gonna be like my girl. Only pets on HER terms which is usually at the most inconvenient time of day. Her owner will be late for work several times because she demands pets when you’re about to leave the house and you have to oblige because she is a princess 🤣
