Thanks for sharing! Ten years ago I had a US for a lump that ended up being a fibroadenoma. This year I found another lump so a diagnostic w/ potential US was ordered. I didn’t really understand what that meant! my mammogram is in two weeks 💜

With high risk were you alternate every six months between mammograms and MRI, will they both just be screening?

My biopsy came back as Focal sclerosing adenosis. Confirmed extremely dense tissue. 38 years old. Family history of breast cancer. I was told to continue with yearly mamms. Is this enough monitoring? I feel like it isn’t.

I went in for my routine mammogram and was called back for diagnostic imaging. They found a 1 cm abnormal area, and now I’m scheduled for a stereotactic biopsy in two weeks. I also have a maternal family history of breast cancer.Do you have any advice.
