Evenings are my jammmm! I’m a morning person and I love spending that time on my own clock. It makes it easier to put myself first. I’m a massage therapist, so calling the day off with a few hours of relaxing sessions is the perfect way to wind down.

I prefer to only work a couple hours a day and have most of the day off. so if its 3 hrs on a Saturday or Sunday then thats cool, at least I'm not there for 8+hrs.

I love end of week, weekends + evenings, I feel my clients lean into the relaxation bc they’re unwinding from their day/week. For almost two years my schedule has been Thursday 2/4-8 Friday 10-6 or 12-8 and Sundays 10-6. I’ve never worked a Saturday my entire esthetics career so I feel like I have the illusion of a weekend. Running my errands and having most of the day to myself on the weekday is very underrated imo.

I love working later. My slow mornings are everything to me and change my mood for the day so much when I’m not rushed. Coffee, workout, dog park…but clientele are both morning and evening girlies unfortunately so I work the normal 10-6 and later on Fridays but in my IDEAL world, I would work noon noon-ish to 7/8

I truly always was curious if I was the weird esthetician who does not want to be open on weekends. I am so family orientated and everyone is off on weekends so I choose not to work on the weekends to spend time with my family. I’ve always was told by other people how this can be a problem of gaining clients. I choose not to believe that because people will come to me no matter what if they love my service.

I strictly use to work evenings and I’ll tell you that it’s waaaay more chill. People coming in usually just want to relax and they’re winding down so I usually wouldn’t have a lot of problem clients at night. The only reason I hated working evenings because it felt like I would not really be able to get anything done before I had to work and it didn’t allow me to go out with friends on the weekends because I’d get off late

I like a mid-day shift at this point in my life 11-6. I skip the worst of traffic (both ways), can have a slow morning or do an appt, workout, admin, etc, and I’m still available for clients who need later in the afternoon. I do 2 Saturdays a month and start at 10am those days.

I am a solo esty and i work every saturday and sunday! I make more money those days. my husband works from home so i get to see him throughout the week. if i didn’t get to, I would probably feel differently
