@sir_lester: It’s my first time teaching Personal Development, and this activity truly felt different. ‎ ‎I gave my students the chance to wear blindfolds and spend one quiet minute talking to their younger selves. Afterward, they shared their thoughts, emotions, and the burdens they’ve been carrying for years. Seeing some of them break down while revisiting their past deeply touched my heart. ‎ ‎It reminded me that behind every smile is a story we may never fully understand.
