I did my own plans had them done on fivver which saved us tons of money. Layout was helped plan by our local distributor to help with flow. If you want to warm or cook food get a merry chef fast and no hood required

I'm sorry, but how did you not know this? Also you will probably need approval from the health department, which could take weeks to months. Spend the extra time and find someone who has a good working relationship with the city to speed things up

I did my own floor plans when I opened mine. You will need to find the water and drainage connections and identify where you want your coffee machine. Are you going to be selling sandwiches as well? if so, the cheapest way to add that will be cold sandwiches. If you want to add actual food then they will ask you for kitchen hood and fire system, youre talking about a 20k+ investment

Make sure engineers sign off on the MEP plans! My architect’s weren’t sufficient for the city (in fl) and it cost us a lot of money and time
