Your filter basket ist too big for 18g - either you use a smaller one or put ~21g - also on 18g it should be 39g out and with 21g it should be around 45g out

looks like very fresh light roasted beans to me. maybe a bit too much crema, but thats just taste. if it bothers you, you can also let the beans sit in the open for one day.
