I am a sovereign empath, however, I met my sister's new bf who is so full of dark negative energy. I absorbed his energy and my two sister's energy. So strong that it broke my nervous system and I had to relearn how to walk again by finding who I am.

I feel like this is an incomplete list and a partial description. Empaths are sort of like Pokémon they evolved in a lot of different directions. For example, one only becomes a dark empath if they’re willing to feedback the conflict. Some Empaths have no desire for conflict. We need to blend a little bit of divine feminine into the mix. Dark empath evolved to Heyoka… And there’s still more stops along the way to reach the end. Just some food for thought. Welcome to the layer cake.
