@yourgotomumcoach: Teething can affect your baby's sleep, feeding and behaviour — often weeks or months before a tooth appears. Increased saliva is a normal part of development and teething. Babies are still learning to manage saliva, and mouth exploration increases it even more. During teething, babies swallow more saliva, which can sometimes make nappies look a little frothy/ bubbly. Symptoms vary, and sometimes absent.
