Boss my questions are, (1) If you worked less than 15yrs how do they calculate it? is it still 37.5% (2) If your pension age reached at the ssnit and your employer has not end your appointment where will the money go to? e.g if the ssnit date and the date you provide to ur employer are not the same. Boss please help explain to me.
