Could be perioral dermatitis. Usually it’s around the nose and mouth but it can also show up around the eyes ❤️could be from the glue ❤️

Use vanicream! Use aquaphor at night. Your under eye area might be irritated from when you take your makeup off! I noticed that from my experience
