Agreed with the not having kids part! And that’s not to say I don’t like kids I LOVE my nieces and nephews I’m the fun auntie who plays with them and spoils them but ig it’s the fear of having less freedom and having to give up a lot of who your are (hobbies, career, money, relationships, etc) and the huge responsibility that comes with raising another human. Like if I were to have kids I’d put everything that I can offer into them but that comes at the cost of my own self if that makes sense. Plus it can also put stress into your marital life sometimes

I don’t feel insecure about not having kids, I am 100% sure I don’t want kids, but I do feel insecure about my future not having them, but it is because I fear missing the feeling of having a family. We are longing for family and belonging

don't feel bad for being cold. It's not your job to please everybody. and if somebody can't handle that cold demeanor that's their problem. because I myself am very cold. It's not like you're deliberately harming anybody. I just don't have the time, energy or effort.

As someone who has never wanted kids . I can relate. I’m not insecure about it I just can’t fathom the idea of being pregnant and taking care of a kid. I’m too selfish and love my independence. I plan on getting my tubes removed …… ultimate freedom.

I’m the same with kids! I’m in my late 20s and I’ve always felt that way since I was about 3 years old 😂 I’ve never had the motherly instinct when it comes to human kids but I have it towards animals 🥹

I don’t want to give birth at all. And people are like “oh there’s epidural, oh there’s this oh there’s that” I don’t want to do it idc. I don’t want to be pregnant, I don’t want nausea, I don’t want to be fat, I don’t want to push anything out. Idc if it’s vain or selfish I dont want to find “alternative ways” and pregnancy hacks to force myself to do something society deems as “a main purpose”😭

As someone who hates the talk about children and motherhood too- )I got my tubes removed also) I learned that for me it’s simply I want to be independent, I’m selfish, I don’t feel the need to have a child to have that love everyone talks about, I get it but I don’t think it’s necessary. And I JUST don’t want to be a mother and I feel that is ENOUGH. No is no. I don’t want the physical change. I don’t like being changed against my will in any shape or form even if I *would* love that child. I just don’t want it and don’t care for it. Same way I don’t want or care for many other things lol
