@jillystucker: As an esthetician, here’s why I don’t wash my face in the morning ⬇️ I have normal to dry skin, and for me, cleansing again in the morning can strip my skin barrier and leave my skin feeling tight or dehydrated. Instead, I: • rinse with water or • use a thermal spring water • then go straight into my skincare My skin does better when I protect the barrier rather than over-cleansing. This isn’t one-size-fits-all. If you’re oily or acne-prone, a gentle morning cleanse is usually the better option.
