@tilly.heavenly: One thing that will never be normal to me: pushing girls (especially young girls) into a pill that literally switches off their hormones and causes a series of breakdowns in the body. For women who were also diagnosed with chronic illnesses later in life, going on the pill simply masks the symptoms, and does not fix the root cause. To the women struggling through their health journey I hope you can take your power back in one way or another.
