An alarm clock, and keep it across the room so you have to get up to turn it off!

Once your alarm goes off, even if you’re not out of bed yet just sit up, I always sit on the edge of my bed for a good 5 mins with my blanket over me until I’m like yeah I gotta get up now

My biggest problem too! Once I’m up I’m good but I could stay in my bed all day😭this year I just decided to be more disciplined…not really a tip I guess but something to work on? I’ve been getting up around 6:30, feed dogs, breakfast, gym, tanning bed, shower, errands & then off to work☺☺☺
