I don’t use recruiters anymore for this very reason. I make relationships with people at the companies I am working with. Connections will always win over being someone’s commission check

That’s great and all but not all jobs are directly tied to numbers. As a job hunter we would like recruiters to dig a little deeper on an applicants experience as well. But you just want to look at numbers because it’s what’s easiest for you
