@abimartinezre: Snippet of my day 🤍 Split squats, step-ups, and RDLs with a little dash of bicep curls. I usually do 3–4 sets of 8–12 reps depending on the weight I’m pushing. No weights? 20 reps. Believe in yourself and finish your sets even if you have to decrease the weight 💪✨
