If you want to find a trustworthy dentist, look for one that still does amalgams. Composites are money makers but they will never outlast amalgams.

People have their own ambitions! Only a select few are willing to be lifelong associates with no type of equity. Kinda a no brainer🤣 dentistry imo isn’t worth it without some type of equity/ownership.
