I remember back in the day, grease did this by itself and we saved the grease in a crisco can.

Oh no never 👎 just the old fashioned way strain your grease it’s perfectly fine. Grease is always reused in Restaurants everyday everywear.💯

I will not reuse fish grease. You can’t put nothing else in that grease without it coming out tasting like fish and when I put the grease up to use it again it doesn’t smell right after cooking fish in it and I don’t care how much you flour it to clean it.
