It’s going to sound gross and your hair will be shiny, but oiling your hair with like a hair oil instead of gel and letting it rest best you can… breakage is an issue for most female hair it seems. If you’re styling with heat off duty, I would pause for a while and do the oil. Combat gel has amazing reviews though I’ve never personally used it.
