it doesn't work like that... you have to take it now and forever. I started taking it over 15 years ago before it became popular. You need to take it with Resveratrol together for it to work

For me this Worked! just bought it about 3 weeks. I was able to walk down 4 flights of stairs without pain or discomfort. Very easy to focus I have not been able to do in yearssssss
