my ex has a partner who was celebrating her dad's birthday my children where there, next day she woke up and rushed to hospital unable to see speak walk eyes where huge. ive questioned this with ss and they said she does not want to disclose that information. however im thinking what is she hiding? to me any normal person would hand the information over if its innocent?? what can I do please x

what about.. the constant threats of court ? 10 times in 2 years my ex has now threatened court every time he doesnt get his own way with contact ( he hasn't seen or spoke to them for 1 year and came to my door unannounced to take them out) . iv told him I will wait for the paper and no contact but now he's texting over and over to try get a conversation

My ex has stopped me seeing my kids I have done solicitor letters, mediation and now carcass I have court on the 19th I have followed all the rules I went 4 months with out seeing them as she let me see them on my son on his birthday and the 27th after Xmas she chose the place and I followed all rules and accepted her boundaries and requests she says I’m not stable with alcohol but there has been no evidence on this I have no criminal record or DUI I’m thriving at work and I admit I struggled a few years ago but never in front of the kids she made a false police report about me I feel like this was a land mind and she wanted me to step on it to trap myself I’m worried that her hersay will be taken over true fact should I be worried ?
