so according to the officers logic: he is committing a crime taking video (not true). Must provide ID for committing said crimes. When refusal to provide ID then he has to stop taking video and leave....but according to his logic crime (recording and trespassing) has already occurred. So logic would say that if he whips out his ID then he can stay and keep committing the crimes? So the magical ID can erase the crimes or if not provided will pardon the crimes but you have to stop committing them and leave?
