I didn’t get the pillow case and I don’t see is get firm when I opened. And I don’t know if I have to break the think that the pillow is inside is white and thin cover the foam

I actually love mine. It took a few nights to get used to it but I sleep much better and snore a lot less according to my wife.

I bought one and it’s ok but I feel like it’s too low or something. It’s hard to get comfortable and my ear suctions to the material when I try to lay sideways. 😳 It feels a little better but doesn’t totally take away the pain.
