Anakin is definitely stronger than obi wan but obi wan is better able to outthink his opponents on the fly and has a lot more experience than him in every respect. Even though Vader is a lot stronger than Anakin was (not stronger than Anakin could’ve been but stronger than he was) Obi Wan still beat him because Anakin always tries to brute force him, never thinking through his fights. Also Obi Wan perfecting a defensive light saber style works wonders because it allows him to wait for the perfect opportunities to strike and counter attack
